Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Due to the ongoing pandemic, and to help keep you and our colleagues safe we’re following national guidance and minimising face to face contacts. We will continue to support you through video consultation, telephone consultations and virtual clinics and we’ll see you face to face where this is safe, and the most appropriate way to support you in line with the national guidance.

Welcome to the patient information section of our website. Here you will find all the information that you need to know as an unregistered patient.

Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre is a nurse led service that is open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, every day of the year except Christmas Day. We provide urgent care services for patients with minor illnesses and injuries.

The Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre will give priority to patients under one year of age and emergencies.

Occasionally it is necessary to stop registering patients early. This is done to maintain patient safety when waiting times are high.

Registering with or changing GPs

If you are not registered with a GP practice or would like to change your registered practice, you can obtain more information about GP surgeries in your area, the services they offer and opening times by calling your Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0300 303 9509.

We recommend that you are registered at the GP practice nearest to your home address to improve your access to medical services.
